It is located on Hailey Road, Near Cannought Place, New Delhi, 10001 and also known as Ugrasen ki Baoli.        Let's know about its historical background first. Although you can get all its information from wikipedia but still I am briefing it here for you.  Historical Background  It is 16 metres long and 15 metres wide historical step well.  The baoli has 108 steps.  It is believed that it was built by the legendary king Agrasen but there are no known historical records to prove who built it.
